Our employees are delighted to assist you in any ways, either by helping you plan your stay, your journey or possible excursions.

Balcony

Many of our quiet rooms have a balcony or a terrace offering a glimpse of the nature outside. Should you want more detailed information please don’t hesitate to contact our employees.

Bath tub

Every room has an individually designed bathroom with a shower and/or bath tub.

Bus

The closest bus stop is in Bruchhausen-Vilsen. Our employees will happily provide you with the up-to-date timetable. We will help you plan the ideal route for your journey or organise a transfer by taxi.

Card payment

We accept all usual credit (Euro-/Mastercard, Visa and American Express) and debit cards.

Dogs

Well-trained dogs are welcome to our hotel. You four-legged friend can stay for an extra charge of 10,00 € per day.

E charging station

You are welcome to use our charging facilities to charge your electric car or bicycle. Our employees are happy to assist you.

Extra bed

Extra beds and cots are available at an extra charge. Please ask at the reception.

Flowers

Just tell us the occasion or any special wishes for flowers – we will look after the rest.

Hair dryer

There is a hair dryer in every bathroom.

Ironing service

We will gladly iron your shirts, trousers and other clothing or bring an iron and ironing board to your room. Please just let the reception know.

Laundry service

A stain on your shirt? Please ask the reception for our laundry service.

Lift

Some of our rooms are barrier-free and are accessible via the lift. Our employees are happy to assist you.

Minibar

Every room has a minibar. Please see our price list to find more information (in hotel folder).

Non-smoking

Please understand that all our rooms at Forsthaus Heligenberg are non-smoking.

Use the booking tool on our website to easily make a booking online.

Opening times

Our reception is open from 7 am to 9:30 pm every day. Please have a look at restaurant opening times to see when our restaurant is open.

Parking

We have a lot of parking space on our premises. Please also feel free to park in the courtyard.

Picnic service

Whether you like it savoury or sweet, our picnic service will make sure you have the perfect meal outdoors. Please ask our reception for special offers.

Our reception is available between 7 am and 9:30 pm every day. Should you have any problems or wishes at a later time, please call +49 (0) 4252-93200.

Room service

We are happy to bring any food and drinks directly to your room. Please call the reception by dialling -11 on your telephone.

Safe

Every room is equipped with a personal safe.

Sauna

In the basement of our guesthouse we have a Finnish sauna along with a bio sauna and a light, steam and aroma therapy. Find out more from our reception.

Shower

Every room has an individually designed bathroom with a shower and/or bath tub.

To make an outside call, please dial “0”. Your room’s telephone number is by your telephone. (We allow to charge 0,25 € per telephone unit.)

Train

The following train stations are close to our hotel: Syke (17 km), Bassum (20 km) and Nienburg (30 km).
